It’s a compound of Management, Innovation, and Business, referring to companies certified by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups as management-innovation small and medium enterprises. Unlike product- or process-centered technological innovation, this system was established under Article 15-2 of the Act on the Promotion of Technological Innovation of Small and Medium Enterprises to foster management-innovation SMEs in non-technical fields like marketing and organizational innovation.
